A small fire in the lower level locker room sent smoke throughout the adjacent classrooms and gymnasium.  This loss was the second large loss handled by SERVPRO of Missoula for this school.

An upstairs apartment toilet overflowed and affected the tenant's bathroom, bedroom and hallway. It also affected the neighbor below bathroom, hallway and bedroom. SERVPRO of Missoula made this loss, "Like it never even happened." 

Window Well Flood

This water loss was caused by a flooded window well due to rainwater. It affected the basement, a bedroom and the bedroom closet. SERVPRO of Missoula made this loss "Like it never even happened." 

Mold Growth

This mold occurred due to a slow leaking shower pan. SERVPRO of Missoula completed a full mold remediation to make this loss, "Like it never even happened." SERVPRO of Missoula is available 24 hours and seven days.

Smoke Damage in Attic

This shot shows the outline of soot deposits after contents were removed from this attic. All the insulation was removed and the surfaces cleaned and prepped, before being sealed to prevent the return of smoke odor down the road. Insulation was replaced and cleaned contents were returned.

Mold in Crawlspace

This crawlspace suffered a long term leak from a water softener affecting the utility, laundry, kitchen and bathroom as well as the crawlspace. SERVPRO setup containment with HEPA air filtration, removed all affected material, cleaned and applied a disinfectant and replaced all framing, insulation drywall paint and cabinetry.
