Water loss mitigation

This water loss resulting from a broken supply line leaked from a kitchen on the main level down in to a fully finished basement.  The water affected a tile floor on the main level and traveled through a ceiling into a basement rec room.  SERVPRO responded quickly and installed a Rescue Drying Mat system to dry and save the tile in the kitchen area without any damage to the flooring.  The basement ceiling had partially collapsed on arrival; SERVPRO removed the affected drywall and installed high efficiency low grain refrigerant commercial grade dehumidifiers to dry and restore the structure, getting it ready for reconstruction.
