Drain line failure

This water damage caused by a drain line failure affected a master bedroom and bathroom on the main level and multiple rooms on the lower level.  The damage to the lower level was fairly significant affecting a large rec room, utility room, bedroom and small hallway.  SERVPRO of Missoula responded quickly and set up a drying containment chamber on the lower level and removed all non-salvageable materials including carpet, pad, drywall, insulation in the basement and flooring, trim cabinetry on the main level.  SERVPRO of Missoula uses a plant-based EPA registered disinfectant after cleaning all affected structural surfaces to help sanitize the area after any gray or black water loss.
