Washing Machine Leak

This leak caused by a leaking supply line affected four rooms and the crawlspace below. The leak damaged subfloor, drywall, insulation, trim and the laminate flooring as well as the vinyl flooring in the bathroom. Laminate and vinyl flooring were removed along with the trim. The drywall was dried in place using multiple air movers and de-humidifiers per IICRC standards. SERVPRO dried the structure and provided all necessary repairs to make it "Like it never even happened." This includes reinstalling and painting the trim, replacing both vinyl and laminate flooring. Knowing where the main water shut off is will help prevent larger water losses from occurring.
